After filling out the hotel reservation form on the website, please print out the "Reservation Completed" page, and send it to by fax(+82-2-6008-2561) with your credit card information which is to secure booking.

After your hotel reservation, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ISR 2008 Hotel Agency including your reservation number and the other specific information by e-mail. (hnt@hnt.pe.kr)

※ If you do not receive the confirmation letter from the ISR 2008 Hotel Agency within a week after your hotel    reservation, please feel free to contact us. (hnt@hnt.pe.kr)
※ The credit card information is to secure booking.
※All the payment for room rate can be made in a way you want by bank transaction or by credit cards. ※Room Rate should be paid a week before your arrival in Korea and any other personal bill should be paid when you check out.
※ The standard currency is the Korean Won (KRW). Some hard currencies may be accepted on bank transmitting.
